You aren’t stuck. You’re just in a story that no longer fits. Rewrite Your Story is a four week coaching experience that helps you examine the narrative you’ve been living.
Whether built for success, survival, shame or someone else’s understanding of who you’re supposed to be, I help you intentionally choose a new story that reflects the truest parts of you.
This is perfect for high-achievers, folks in transition and anyone ready to expand the narrative of their life.
Pause & Process
Some moments in life deserve(d) more than a “move on.” If you’re holding space for a recent loss, burnout, big decision or change, this is for you. This isn’t therapy but it’s deeply therapeutic. This 4 session offer is designed to help you slow down, feel what’s real and gently move through it with support.
Over the 4 sessions, we will process what’s present, uncover what’s unresolved and create space for healing and mending.
These sessions can be used once a week or back to back, depending on your needs.
We aren’t in a rush here. There is no quick healing. But there is designated space and carved out time to let your nervous system be seen and recover.
